Two Different FasTrack Programs!

There are now two versions of FasTrack, FasTrack Pro and FasTrack Web , each is designed to meet the needs of the individual Body Shop.

FasTrack Pro

FasTrack Pro v1.0 is the newest release of Auveco’s original and very successful cost-recovery software.  Rich with Cost-Recovery and Inventory Control components, FasTrack Pro includes more of the necessary parts, clips and fasteners needed by the collision repair shops.

Regularly updated OEM pricing, file backup and restore procedures, and easy to use screens and reports are designed to make using FasTrack Pro easier for everyone.

It is the version of choice for those shops needing all the included functions of FasTrack Pro and for those shops utilizing the Bar Code Scanning features.

FasTrack Web

FasTrack Web is our new Internet-based innovation to make the cost-recovery process for clips and fasteners simple and easy-to-use. Ideal for those shops not needing all of the features of FasTrack Pro, FasTrack Web runs entirely through an Internet Browser.

Since FasTrack Web is built around the same OEM Dealer List Price data used by FasTrack Pro, you can count on acceptance and payment from the Insurance Company.  FasTrack Web is also a more economical solution for the small shops as it is priced much lower than FasTrack Pro.

All that is required is a good connection to the Internet, a browser such as Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and an annual login obtained from Auveco.  There are no annual updates to worry about as the data resides on Auveco’s fast Internet server and is always up to date with the latest parts and information.  The easy-to-use FasTrack Web system quickly creates professional invoice documents that can be submitted to insurance companies in order to recoup the cost of body repair fasteners.

FasTrack Overview

What is FasTrack?

FasTrack is an easy-to-use program designed to assist body shops and dealerships in recovering the cost of the body repair clips and fasteners used in daily collision repairs.

Why was FasTrack created?

In the past the cost of fasteners used in collision damage repair was often an expense that was not recovered by body repair shops. Insurance companies considered these items "a cost of doing business" and were either reluctant or refused to pay claims for these items unless they were presented an itemized invoice detailing the cost of these items for each vehicle repair order.

Many body shop repair technicians were unwilling to take valuable time away from actual repair to prepare these detailed invoices. As a result these items were often not invoiced and ultimately cost the body shop hundreds of dollars a week. With the help of FasTrack, these once profit draining parts can now become a source of additional income for your body shop.

Features

1. Item Information

FasTrack includes an extensive database of over 10,000 Auveco parts commonly used in auto body repair. The FasTrack Database includes detailed information about every item including applicable OEM numbers and OEM list pricing. FasTrack is the only software of this type offering OEM pricing!
